Awesome river front place, with launch and dock! It was fantastic for our last trip of the season! Host is the best —stayed at his rentals many times. Fishing from the dock was good too!

Really had a great time Steps a little tricky, may need to paint a strip with Glow in the dark , and maybe handles for the steps near the beach / boat ramp to help prevent falls. Hope we will be able to go back next year

Another great weekend at Jon’s River House. Plenty of room for the family and the private launch ramp and beach are always a plus. Great communication from beginning to check out. Already have weekends reserved for next year. Thanks for having us Jon. See you next year if not sooner.

My family, which includes five daughters, spouses and grandkids stayed here for the weekend. We had a fabulous time. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was available for any questions or issues. Loved the big great room and kitchen bar area. We made wonderful family memories and will definitely be returning next year.

Five Stars all around, by far the best stay my family has stayed at on a riverfront. A very luxurious home for a fair price. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bobby who gave us a grand tour from top to bottom and even prepared ice for us in all fridges. Both houses were clean, the main kitchen is huuuuge and was stocked with all cooking needs. Our favorite part of the stay was the outdoor space. The easy access dock, jet ski parking and beach space to soak up the sun was amazing. There is not one part of this home that we did not throughly enjoy. We are already looking forward to booking for next year. All around the host, cleanliness, amenities and luxury of this home was 10/10. This is the perfect vacation stay for large families or families with pets.

Overall extremely impressed with this home, so many great things to say! It was clean, convenient & was everything we were looking for to accommodate our large group. Loved the outdoor bar, pool table, private beach/launch and the overall space. Beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets/extra sheets. Great communication with Jon & his cleaning crew. Will definitely be back again!! 10/10

My family stayed here for 3 nights and wow, it is our favorite rental we have ever stayed at! Not only is the location perfect, but the space is huge and the house is stocked with everything you could ever need. Everything from the quality of the beds, the towels, the beach chairs, etc felt fresh and clean. We will absolutely be coming back to enjoy another family vacation at this property. Thank you for everything!

Jon was an excellent host. He quickly answered all questions we had before and during our stay. The property is very clean, with comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. The outdoor Blackstone grill was used often! There’s a great, clean, sandy beach with comfortable lounges and umbrellas. We are looking forward to booking our next river adventures with Jon again. We were a group of 16 varying in ages from 1-78.

I found my familys new yearly tradition. Booking was simple. Communication with the host jon was great. The check in was as easy as it gets. The house and the casita was amazing. It was very accommodating for the 16 people including our little dog that enjoyed the weekend by the river. The house was given to us in great and sanitary shape. All of our needs were met. The private dock and the beach was awesome. Check out doesnt have endless chores. Very reasonable and easy check out process. Not the spot you want to check out and skip to see if there's something better or cheaper. There's not. youre getting two river front houses with your own beach and dock. It will get booked by the time you come back around. Just book it you won't regret it. I booked next year's trip already on the last day of our current trip. Looking forward to 2027. Thanks Jon!

The property exceeded my expectations from the photos, it was so much bigger than I imagined! Everything was clean and beautiful. My only issue was the water pressure was pretty low, but other than that, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious, beautiful, and clean. Everything was well maintained and great amenities with fully stocked kitchen. The host communicated promptly answering any questions right away. We especially loved the beach access and launch ramp, which made it easy to enjoy time on the river. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we are definitely staying here again. Highly recommend!
