This beautiful upper-floor apartment, measuring approximately 55 square meters, is located in the Timpe House and accommodates up to 2 people. Accommodation for 2 adults and 1 toddler is available upon request. The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining area, and a sofa nook. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher and a microwave. The separate bedroom is bright and sunny, furnished with a double bed (two mattresses, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m). The shower room is also cheerful, decorated in a friendly shade of yellow, and offers plenty of space and a nice shower stall. The attached balcony faces southwest, making it very sunny and beautifully situated for many cozy hours of sunbathing. Guests are also welcome to use the house’s garden. The sandy beach at Kellenhusen is just a quick 5-minute walk away. The owner provides an initial set of bed linens free of charge. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house.
