Welcome to Graystone Getaway this completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 bath condo on the grounds of the Regalia Hotel and Conference Center. Enjoy convenient public access to all the upscale amenities the Regalia Hotel has offer, including a spa, on-site restaurant, multiple outdoor swimming pools, a swim up bar, tennis courts, and two event venues featuring live entertainment by some of the most popular performers and music artists from around the world.

Kitchen and Dining Area
This beautiful kitchen boasts a modern open-concept layout. Featuring sleek stainless-steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for six, a dedicated coffee bar with a drip coffee maker, and a more formal dining area with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a leather sectional and a large flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace. Sliding doors and a wall of windows fill the space with natural light and showcase serene views of the lush surrounding trees.

Master Suite
The master suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, and a mounted flatscreen TV over the electric fireplace. There is a queen-sized air mattress in the closet. There is an attached bathroom with a large walk-in shower, spacious closet, and a double vanity sink with a lighted mirror.

The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, Tv, and nightstands.

The second bathroom features a single vanity sink with a lighted mirror and a tub/shower combo.

The complex offers 23 professionally landscaped acres of hilltop beauty overlooking the lake. There is access to 6 indoor/outdoor pools, a swim up bar, conference center, spa, tennis courts event venues and so much more! This complex is conveniently located just of off the popular Horseshoe Bend, which boasts several of the lakes most popular golf courses, lakefront bars and restaurants.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
