We enjoyed our stay. The pools, hot tubs and pool area was nice. The view was spectacular!! The beach was excellent too. The room was very clean. The shower was great too. (We’ve had some VRBOs that had terrible showers). We did learn that if using an Uber for transportation, that it was helpful to type in the physical address of the resort because several times the “pick up” would show up on Uber’s end as being next door. There was a mini mart close by which was also helpful. I gave the check in process only one star for several reasons. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the lobby was closed and locked. I let our host know we had arrived and that the lobby was locked but she never mentioned that it was always closed on Wednesdays (whick we learned later). So we sat by the pool waiting for word from our host that the room was ready. I couldn’t find any restrooms to use for changing or other obvious reasons. We waited several hours but never heard from the host that the room was ready. Finally I went up to the room and tried the door combo, and it was ready. I’m not sure how long it has been ready. Other than our personal experience with check in, our host, Emily, was very good at communicating. We had a hiccup with the coffee maker and slow draining shower and she had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Overall we had a great time!! And the view from our balcony for July 4th was amazing!! Everywhere we looked were fireworks.
