The living room wall has a thirteen-foot-wide window/slider combination, which overlooks the ocean and coastline. There is an ample supply of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, wine goblets, knives, utensils, etc. There is a Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, crock-pot and toaster.

This condo is about 200 square feet bigger than most of the other one-bedroom ocean-view condos offered in Myrtle Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the large balcony that overlooks the ocean, and shoreline. There is a bar height table and 2 bar height chairs on the balcony.

The entire Forest Dunes Condo complex, including our unit, is totally smoke-free! This includes the balconies, walkways, etc. No stale, second-hand smoke!

We supply bed linens, bath towels, four beach towels, 2 beach chairs, liquid hand soap, a few starter rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, coffee filters, a kitchen sponge, dishwasher and liquid dish-washing detergent, and trash bags.

We happily offer our condo to couples or small families who enjoy a high-quality rental, and who will treat our condo well.
