The luxurious Villa Buganvilla en Salobreña is located in a peaceful residential area outside Salobreña. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in every bedroom and the living room) and a washing machine. The host even provides guests with fresh eggs and home-grown fruit. The property has 2 independent floors (ground floor and 1st floor).

In the living room, there is a sofa bed.

The property also includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and various small appliances and coffee makers.



In addition, a Brita filtered water tap is installed to provide drinkable water, eliminating the need to buy bottled water.

The owners sometimes stay on the upper floor, but they respect the privacy of the guests and do not make use of the outdoor spaces.

This property features a private garden with a pool (open all year), a whirlpool and a children’s pool. There is also both a covered and an open private terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the view. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!

Despite the peaceful location of the villa, all the essentials are just a short drive away. The nearest restaurant is 6 minutes away by car (3.7 km) and the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute drive away (4.4 km). The stunning Playa de Cabria is 11 minutes away by car (5 km). Malaga - Costa del Sol airport is 1 hour 4 minutes away by car (94.9 km).

In front of the complex, there is a path that leads to a small cove. The beach there has stones and crystal-clear water, perfect for activities like fishing and diving.

Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pros: The house was very Nice with a beautifull view at the sea. It is situated on the mountain in alfa mar, Salobreña. Bert clean pool, house was recently renovated and looks great. Everything you need is there: towels, dishwasher, ... You name it. Even better Then the house are the house owners. Bert friendly and helpfull, better Then I could ever imagine. We had a problem with the washing mashine (our fault to ben clear) and it hot fixed the next day. Any questions we had we're always answered quickly and to the Point. Five stars is not enough die these house owners, but is the most I van give...

Pros: de eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen, wij voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom. Zij waren nog aan het poetsen, wij hadden de eerste vlucht, toch namen zij de tijd om ons rond te leiden en we mochten onze bagage veilig in het huis laten terwijl wij iets konden eten en inkopen doen. Er stond een mooi verwelkomingspakket klaar met ijsjes, water, bier, tapas, fruit, ... 2 maal per week komt de eigenaar het zwembad schoonmaken en bericht vooraf wanneer hij langskomt er zijn handdoeken, toiletpapier, vaatwastabletten, keukenhanddoeken, afwasmiddel, vuilniszakken.... heel veel buitenruimte, mooie vergezichten, op alle terrassen overal 180° zeezicht 2 slaapkamers, 1 met 2 persoonsbed en 1 met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Groot genoeg. Er is geen airco, wel een "windmolen" aan het plafond in de living. Omdat het huis enorm dikke muren heeft konden wij het daar fris houden, zelfs bij temperaturen van 30 graden. de barbecue bevindt zich in een verscholen hoekje, echt gezellig om te tafelen. Er is ook een buitenfrigo en buitengootsteen aanwezig bij de barbecue. Ruimte zat, wij verbleven slechts met 3 personen, er is zeker ruimte voor 6! Salobrena, Almunecar, La Herradura, Playa de Cabria en Playa Veilila hebben we allemaal ontdekt. Het smaakt naar meer. Als we dan toch een minpuntje moeten opnoemen dan is het het geluid van voorbijrijdende auto's langs de E340, maar na 2 dagen hoor je het niet meer en er is een geluidsinstallatie met boxen op het terras. Om te slapen deden we in het begin de ramen op de slaapkamers open omdat we dachten dat het te warm ging zijn, dan hoor je de auto's wel wat rijden. De 3de dag hielden we de ramen op de slaapkamers dicht omdat het toch fris genoeg bleef in het huis, en zo hoor je niets meer van de auto's.

Beautiful villa and stunning views. We enjoyed the location which is in between Salobrena and Almune

Pros: Beautiful villa and stunning views. We enjoyed the location which is in between Salobrena and Almunecar, both lovely towns with great beaches. The pool and sun terrace were fantastic, and all the facilities were fine. We could only get one English TV channel but we did have Wifi. You do need a car if you are staying in this lovely villa, even to access a local shop. The beach cove directly under the urbanisation down a track is excellent for swimming and snorkelling and has a fantastic rustic beach bar which served the best food we had all holiday. Jose, the owner of the villa, is very cheerful and helpful and left us a bottle of wine and chorizo on our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay here and would highly recommend it.

Pros: Det er første gang jeg har sammen med min familie opholdt mig i villaen og jeg kan sige med det samme at villaen fuldstændig har levet op til vores forventninger. Udlejeren er utrolig rar og forståelig og gæstfri. Huset har alt hvad man behøver men komforten i sengene er under middel og tænger til en opgradering. Ellers hyggelig og en meget fint og privat pool :). man skal dog huske at have bil til hverdagskøb og kørsel til stranden. Vi har ikke særlig været glade for stranden der ligger i nærheden hvorfor det var en nødvendighed for os at køre ned til Almunecar for et bedre alternativ.

Pros: Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigem Equipment ausgestattet und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Es ist ruhig gelegen und auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unglaublich ist der Blick auf das Meer der uneingeschränkt und von jedem Platz möglich. Zu jeder Tageszeit gibt es etwas zu sehen uns auch der nächtliche Blick auf Salobreña oder zur Rechten Almuñécar ist sehenswert. Lebensmittel sind in der Regel preiswerter. Fisch ist sehr günstig und auch sehr frisch so dass die Urlaubskasse nicht ungeplante Nebenwirkungen erleidet. Geheimtip ist der kleine und wenig genutzte Strand direkt unterhalb wo auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant ist. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und absolut hilfsbereit, Fragen wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer! Nous avons passé de trés bonnes vacances. Un trés bon rapport qualité/prix pour une famille avec ou sans enfant. La maison est rénovée et grande, les propriétaires laissent accès total au jardin, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour les petites maisons. La piscine est de taille respectable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et trés pro, des gourmandises typiques en guise de bienvenue nous attendaient. Les produits de nettoyage étaient mis à disposition, évitant une dépense supplémentaire. Nous regrettons juste de ne pas être arrivés avec une petite voiture pour les manoeuvres et il y avait un peu de bruit le soir avec le passage des camions, mais nous nous y sommes habitués assez vite et ils construisent une autoroute bien plus loin, ce qui délestera ce passage à court terme

Zwei größere Ortschaften (Almunecar und Salobrena) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Nahbereich ( jeweils ca 7 km) Mietobjekt in absoluter Ruhelage. Kann jedem, der Pauschalreisen nicht mag, absolut empfohlen werden. Wir verbrachten dort 3 Wochen, die viel zu schnell vorübergingen.

Pros: Hi, just back from 2 glorious weeks in Jose's villa. The villa itself was lovely, the pool was a fantastic bonus for 11 & 13yr old kids. The views of the med are uninterrupted and simply second to none. Each morning brought a different view of the sea and the weather was warm in the evenings so watching the sun setting was a real treat. The new BBQ area is really well laid out and has everything you need including power, fridge and lights....we had several BBQ's over the course of the 2 weeks. Jose called a few times to ensure everything was OK for us and to keep the pool cleaned etc. Jose is a gentleman and a super guy to deal with. Everything he promised about the villa was there and more besides. The villa is conveniently located midway between Salobrena and Alumencar. You would need a car really but a regular bus service is available from the entrance to the urbanisation which is in walking distance. Would highly recommend.....

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf dem Berg Blick auf das Meer. Wir werden 2018 wieder dort den Urlaub verbringen, weil es uns sehr gefallen hat und gut erholt haben. (Nebenbei erwähnt: Ein seeeeehr netter Besitzer!!!!! - Gebrochenes Englisch aber Verständigung hat super geklappt!) Der Pool: Herrlich Die Terrassen: Super, mit Top Liegen und viele Möglichkeiten in den Schatten zu gehen Die Aussicht: Unbezahlbar! Direkt aufs Meer, links und rechts Orte die Abends leuchteten und alles sehr romantisch machten. Wir sind super erholt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!!!

Pros: Arrived at the villa and was met by Jose the owner who was a perfect host. Jose had provided a welcome food pack together with a bottle of wine, beers and a large bowl of fruit, which was very much appreciated. He showed us around the accommodation which was generally adequate for our needs although I was surprised to find there was no oven (advert stated there was an oven) and only an electric hob and barbecue, but we mangaged anyway. Our only niggle was the bathroom door did not close which was inconvenient for privacy reasons. The location of the accommodation was perfect set inbetween Almunecar and Salobrena both of which provide good supermarkets and both about 10 minutes away. The view from the patio is spectacular!. We enjoyed many hours just simply enjoying the view and we were lucky enough to see dolphins on two occasions. We also had the pleasure of an air display from the annual Motril air show. We know the area well and I would certainly recommend a stay at this accommodation especially for the view and location.

Pros: Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. José et Silvia nous ont très bien accueillis. La villa correspondait parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. A notre arrivée nous l'avons trouvée même mieux que sur les photos. Celle-ci est très bien équipée et propre. La vue depuis la villa est superbe. Sa localisation nous a convenu parfaitement puisqu'elle est à 10 minutes de Salobrena et 10 minutes d'Almunecar. Bien que la villa ne dispose pas de climatisation, la nuit nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur, car les murs de la villa sont très épais, celle-ci garde le frais. Je recommande sans hésiter cette adresse. Gracias a José y Silvia, todo estaba perfecto. Su casa estaba muy agradable. Nuestras vacaciones fueran maravilliosas. Gracias...

On arrival we were just a bit surprised that the house consists of two apartments. We did not find this information on the website. We stayed on the lower level, the owner rarely stays in the upper apartment. But to be honest in the week we were there, he did not stay in his apartment at all, so we had complete privacy, that was great! The swimming pool and terrace, with stunning views over sea, are private as well. The distance to Salobrena is about 8 minutes by car, here you'll find f.e. the Aldi Supermarket near the main road en in the centre of Salobrena you'll find the Mercadona supermarket. At the exit to the village area there is a fairly steep descent to a nice little beach with bar/restaurant, but to be honest the pool and terrace were a very good alternative! The apartment itself is neat and clean. The kitchen is new and has all the things you can think of. The bathroom is quite large with a washing machine. José and his girlfriend were there on the arrival and when we left Silvia was there to say goodbye. All in all a lovely apartment in a beautiful place near Salobrena, a very nice couple with a very nice apartment. We also received a very sweet welcome gift en José gave us a nice wine during the week. We had a perfect week!!

Pros: We are very pleased with our stay in Spain. The house we rented was consistent with our expectations, clean and tidy, good location, great views and our host Jose was friendly and helpful. We have had a really good holiday.

Vi har holdt 2 ugers fantastisk ferie i denne vidunderlige villa. Alt indenfor fungerede og var pænt

Pros: Vi har holdt 2 ugers fantastisk ferie i denne vidunderlige villa. Alt indenfor fungerede og var pænt og rent. Dog skal man være opmærksom på at der hverken er opvaskemaskine eller ovn, men udendørs grill. Man ligger godt i sengene og internettet fungerer upåklageligt. Huset er hyggeligt og holdt i spansk stil. Vi var dog meget lidt indenfor da vejret var fantastisk i uge 42 og 43. Udendørsområdet er ikke mindre end helt fantastisk. Man kan finde sol fra morgen til aften og fra pool området kan man både nyde de smukke sol opgange og nedgange. Helt fantastisk udsigt både over Salobrena og Almunecar. Der er masser af hyggekroge og masser af plads både til ro og socialt samvær. Der er pyntet med blomster og en smuk have. Poolen har en god størrelse til en svømmetur. Der er alt hvad man har brug for i området. Da vi har været i området før kendte vi lidt til Almunecar som er en skøn by. Vi fik ikke rigtig lært Salobrena at kende men er sikker på det også er en dejlig by. Vi var en tur i Ronda. Det tog godt 2 timer i bil hver vej. Byen er bestemt en oplevelse, hvis man er til smuk natur, kultur og hyggelige gader. I Granade ligger Alhambra som er noget man bare skal se. Vi var også en tur i Gibraltar. Det tager ca. 2½ time i bil, men er bestemt også en fantastisk tur. Vi kan varmt anbefale en restaurant i Almunecar som ligger helt nede ved stranden. Den hedder El Tesorillo. Både beliggenhed, service og mad er helt i top, og så til billige priser. Der er marked fredag og søndag i Alumunecar og det er også et besøg værd. I Almunecar er der masser af butikker, spisesteder og hyggelige smøger og gader Der foruden er der parker, akvarium, gode stande og mulighed for at dykke. Vi er vilde med denne by, og slet ikke færdige med den. Ejeren José er utrolig imødekommende. Selvom vi ankom kl. 2 om natten sad han og ventede på os, for at vise os rundt og lukke os ind. Han havde købt ind til morgenmad og kaffe og der var fade med lækre frugter og kager. Han kom dagen efter og spurgte om alt var som det skulle være, og vi fik hans telefon nummer og skulle endelig kontakte ham hvis vi fik brug for hjælp. Det var meget trygt og en super god oplevelse. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale at holde ferie i denne skønne bolig. Med venlig hilsen Anni og Steen Danmark.
