This newly built, very bright vacation rental (completed in November 2018) in the center of Zingst has 2 rooms. The bedroom, with its very comfortable bed, is perfect for a good night’s sleep. You’ll also find a large closet and an additional flat-screen TV here.

Through the hallway, which features a coat rack, you’ll enter the modern yet very cozy living room. The couch can be converted into an extra bed measuring 170x200.
The bright, modern, and very well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area, leaves nothing to be desired.
Here you can cook, bake, or prepare a salad and then enjoy it at your leisure on the spacious southwest-facing terrace.

In the garden, you’ll also find a beach chair and a grill to wind down after a day at the beach.

The vacation rental is very centrally located—you’re just a 1-minute walk from the bakery and only 50 meters from the nearest restaurant. In the evening, take a quick stroll down Zingst’s shopping street or enjoy a coffee at the harbor. Everything is just a few steps away, and you’ll find peace and quiet in your private, enclosed garden and on the terrace.

The beautiful apartment building “Haus am Deich” was built in 2019.

We offer two exclusive vacation apartments in this building, which can also be rented together. This means nothing stands in the way of a vacation with friends, parents, or in-laws.

The first vacation apartment, “Meerglas,” is a duplex located on the first floor. It features two bedrooms and a beautiful, bright living-dining area with a kitchen.

The “Ankerplatz” vacation rental is on the first floor and, in addition to a bedroom, features a sleeper sofa in the living area, making it suitable for up to 4 guests.

The location is very central, so you can reach the town center—with its bakery and shopping district—in just a few steps.

The white sandy beach is about a 10-minute walk away, or you can quickly bike to the Baltic Sea.
The bike storage rooms offer plenty of space for your bikes or a handcart.
