The 70-square-meter, light-filled vacation apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a practical floor plan. It features:
- Bedroom 1: Large double bed and closet
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds and shelving units, ideal for children or friends
- Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, washing machine, and convenient storage options

The spacious living area features:
- a cozy kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, hand mixer, and immersion blender
