Sehr schöne Wohnung unter leider schlechter Verwaltung
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung (insbes. die der Küche mit Geschirr und Geräten) sowie die Lage (sehr ruhige (!) Gegend; Entfernung zum Zentrum, zur Bus-Haltestelle, zum Strand und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit) der Wohnung haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, und die großen Dachflächenfenster bieten z.B. einen ungestörten Blick aus dem Bett in den Sternenhimmel. Auch die kleine Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, wenngleich wir sie aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten.
Erwähnen will ich auch noch das sehr geräumige Bad mit Fußbodenwärmung (!) und sehr moderner Ausstattung.
Leider muss ich aber die sehr "lückenhafte" Verwaltung "vor Ort" (sie ist in Wirklichkeit in Zingst, was nicht ganz egal ist, wenn man wie wir mit dem ÖP(N)V anreist) auch hervorheben. Zur Begrüßung war für uns beide nur ein "Paket" Wäsche (Bettzeug + Handtücher) vorhanden, das zweite musste am zweiten Tag nachgeordert werden.
Alles, was Beschreibungen und Erklärungen angeht, war sehr dürftig und lückenhaft (z.B. schon zur Anreise Zugang zur Wohnung per Schlüsseltresor sehr schlecht beschrieben; Bedienungsanleitungen für Elektrogeräte, Mülltrennung, und was einem sonst noch so an Erklärungen für eine fremde Wohnung notwendig erscheint, z.B. Tipps für die Umgebung: Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahrradverleih usw. fehlten beinahe vollständig) Kurz: Hier ist noch "viel Luft nach oben". Ich will da nicht weiter in's Detail gehen. Der Besitzer sollte sich mal mit der betr. Agentur über diese Themen austauschen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
vielen Dank für ihre konstruktive Kritik, die wir leider nicht nachvollziehen können.
Wir haben einen sehr großen Anreise Ordner im Objekt vor Ort und eine extra Anreise -App in der alles beschrieben ist. Jede Betriebsanleitung ist eingescannt in dem Anreise-Link und im Objekt vorhanden. Wegen Corona müssen die Gäste, wenn sie uns nicht alles vorher per Mail senden möchten, im Büro in Zingst anreisen. Wir stellen es aber jedem Gast frei uns alles vorher per Mail zu senden, um dann direkt ins Objekt fahren zu können und kontaktfrei anzureisen. Des Weiteren haben wir eine 24h Notfallnummer unter der sie uns immer erreichen können.
Wir wünschen ihnen alles Gute und bis zum nächsten Mal.
