This newly built 5-bed, 5.5-bath home boasts a heated pool and sits a brief walk from Katama's South Beach. It is 3 minute walk to the town landing where you can take your boat out. You are 2 miles from Main street Edgartown. Walk on the wide bike/walking path past the Katama General Store, less than 1 mile away for coffee and sit out and have a baked goodie continue into the quaint Village of Edgartown, with its beautiful shops and restaurants. NO PETS ALLOWED. Pool closes September 15.
