Super spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence with a game room featuring 2159 interior sq/ft plus a 1 car garage. Incredible modern kitchen with a huge serving island with barstools backed with amazing water views. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Master bedroom features a king bed, large custom walk in closet, and a modern bathroom with dual sinks. The front bedroom can function as a second, smaller master bedroom with an on suite bathroom and queen bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed and the hallway bedroom features 2 twin beds.

Cable TV, internet, & washer/dryer included. Blackout blinds in all bedrooms, outdoor gas grill, and the pool is heated. Fishing is permitted - live bait, frozen shrimp & squid work best!

Gated community with prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location but convenience at your fingertips. Super close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.

Traveling with a large group? Have family and friends visiting too? We have another home we rent on the same street!

Hallway bedroom with twin beds has no windows.

No events or parties permitted. No pets allowed. No noise after 11pm.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
