Parking: 2 cars in the driveway. The garage is a game room.

Important Notes:

- Parking is limited to the driveway only. The few spaces in the middle are reserved strictly for day guests and maintenance teams. No overnight parking is allowed in these middle spots; vehicles parked overnight will be towed at the owner`s expense.

- New trash dumpsters have been installed. Please place all trash bags directly into the dumpsters, not left outside. Signs have been posted on the trash enclosure doors as a reminder.

Public transportation options include Votran buses, which provide routes along Atlantic Avenue and to nearby areas. Major roadways like A1A and Dunlawton Avenue connect to I-95 and I-4 for quick trips to Daytona Beach, Orlando, and beyond. The Daytona Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes away, offering convenient air travel options

Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for the merchant fee we are charged for the transaction by our credit card processor. That merchant fee is typically around 3%. We do not refund that amount. Otherwise, we would lose money on your cancellation.
