Other things to note
A maximum of 18 overnight guests are permitted. Any gatherings exceeding 18 people must receive prior host approval. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level out of respect for our neighbors. West Palm Beach quiet hours are 10pm-10am and noise is to be minimal during this time.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests are financially responsible for any and all damages.
