Farmhouse renovated in 2021 divided into 4 terraced houses. Beautiful terraced house. 1 km from the centre of Pirou, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced). In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Rond-point de la Lande" 8 km, sandy beach "Pirou" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Château de Pirou 1 km, Coutances 18 km, Mont St Michel à 1 heure, Iles de Jersey, Barneville Carteret 33 km.
"Le Coquelicot", 4-room terraced house 70 m2. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with electric heating with shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with TV. Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer (extra), iron. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Super tolles Ferienhaus

Tolles Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Viel Stauraum (kann man auf den Fotos nicht sehen). Kleine Abstriche gibt es für das viel zu kleine Sofa und die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas erneuert werden. Und es gibt NUR 1 Badezimmer.
