Home is furnished with custom art, solid wood furniture, a working disco ball + spotlight, and bikes to access the nearby trails. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas burning stove, high quality kitchen-wear, coffee maker, minifridge for drinks and in-unit washer and dryer. Cold AC. two car garage with two bikes and extra storage space. One month minimum.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is perfect! Super walkable to gyms, breweries, restaurants, art studios, and even to downtown. The bike trails run right through the neighborhood that give direct access to the heights and downtown. I may be biased but it is my favorite neighborhood in Houston.

What makes this property unique

This house is super comfy! Great natural lighting with trees in front of the home. We love the disco ball for setting a fun vibe. Take on the pool for hot days, and the hot tub on cold nights!
