Your cozy getaway awaits in Galveston at this welcoming house with everything you need to relax, fish, enjoy the canal, head to the beach, and enjoy everything Sea Isle has to offer. Free use of Boat Lift so you can bring your own boat and drop right in under the house and hit the bay (only two canals from bay so minimum no wake zone exit), Or, fish right off the deck--we've caught black drum, red fish, trout, and even flounder. Sea Isle Marina is close by with a great bait shop (live shrimp, croakers, etc.), a wonderful restaurant and when in season, crawfish on weekends. Friday night karaoke many weekends as well with frequent live music!

Pet Friendly, Canal House, underwater fish lights, 5 kayaks and life jackets, fish cleaning station, 80s Style Arcade Game (Mortal Kombat, Defender and several others) in bunk room, brand new new cool upper deck (easy on feet in the heat), upstairs BBQ pit for convenience access to kitchen, and ample outdoor and downstairs furniture for lounging, dining, napping, etc.

With three bedrooms featuring two queen beds, a bunk bed, and a full trundle pull out bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. The three bathrooms include a shower, a jetted bathtub, and a classic bathtub/shower, and an outdoor shower and bathroom downstairs, offering options for a refreshing start or a soothing soak. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this awesome home provides a perfect setting. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Sea Isle also boasts the longest private dock on the island and you have a private access key card to that and access (for stay fee) to community pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. The beach is only minutes away and numerous golf cart rental firms delivery to the property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Clean BBQ if used
Be sure to hang pier and dock key back where found--there is a $300 neighborhood fine for lost pier card or boat launch key loss
Return kayaks, oars, to rack and hoist the ladder to avoid barnacles for future guests. Return life jackets to downstairs bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Relaxing and fun!

We had a great time. Fishing and relaxing outside. It poured rain most of the weekend but the house has everything you could need. Restaurants are close and recommend West End Marina for good eats.

Wonderful Getaway!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time! I would recommend this beach house to anyone. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the stars at night. We can not wait to come back and the kids what to make it a yearly event. Owner is very nice and great to work with. Thank you for letting us stay in your bay house.

Little house on the canal!!!

We absolutely loved our little house on the canal!!! The rooms were cozy, scenery beautiful and the kids loved playing on the dock with the swing...we had 2 issues...one was resolved very quickly with the refrigerator...it was not cooling very well but Aimee was on it and we appreciated her urgency...also, the ladder going into the water off the dock has a jagged edge and all the kids got cut on and one of out kids ended up with 4 stitches...we did tell Aimee about it...thought you might have someone sand it down...things like that happen...we know...it didn't hinder the kids from having a blast and the parents a most relaxing 5 days in Galveston!!! The accomodations are great...comfy beds, stocked kitchen, plenty of room ...we loved it!!!

The owner family has Louisiana roots and has been hosting guests since 2012. There was a period of time when the property was managed by a third party and the family elected to resume self management recently. This is why there is a gap between prior rental period and current status.

Sea Isle is an incredible family friendly neighborhood with great convenient amenities, including the Marina, The Palapa Restaurant, the Sand Bar Restaurant, that often has live music, boiled crawfish, Karaoke. It also has a great convenience store, bait shop, tennis courts, swimming pool, and the longest privatre dock on the island.
