Family Relaxation Getaway

This far exceeded our expectations. First, the communication was excellent from the first day I inquired about the property. The property was beautiful. Very convenient location to shopping, activities and the Airport. The neighborhood was clean, quite and felt very comfortable. I hated to leave and we are definitely thinking of booking again. Beautiful House with a Great Location

The house is beautiful and our family really enjoyed the stay. Everything in the house and the dock area are new/newer. It's a great layout. Only issue we had was with the heated pool. It never heated to a completely pleasant temperature. We had the management company come out to reset the system, but still never quite heated to the target temperature. Would still recommend this property for a family vacation.

Thank you Nate! I am sorry about the pool heating and pool heater situation. I am not exactly sure what happened. Maybe it was that cold outside (outside temperatures due to weather) that the pool heater has reached its limits. This happens sometimes and then no heater in our area will heat the water sufficently. But I do not know at the moment whether this was the reason. Current guests did not notice any problems with heating the pool. Again, thank you!

Awesome property and great time had by all!

The met and exceeded our expectations. We are a family of four with two children (ages 13 and 11). They loved the pool and the ability to go fishing in the canal. My wife and loved the layout of the house. There was tons of room and everything we needed. In addition, working with our property manager, Jens, was super great. He was attentive, detailed, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. Everything about the process was easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend this property and working with Jens and Seabim.

Cape Coral

It was a very good facility; the weather was too hot to go to the beach so we stayed at the pool and the girls went kayaking in the canal. The houses were somewhat close because we could hear the across canal house in too great detail. The area was full of excellent seafood restaurants which we enjoyed

Hi Al, thank you. We are glad you liked it. Almost all lots in Cape Coral are 10,000 sq.ft. big. Accordingly, it is quite normal and applies to all homes in the city that they have a certain distance from each other. In addition, the city is crisscrossed with canals, many houses are located on the waterfront and water transmits very well.

Quick to Fix

There was a power outage due to weather which effected the AC unit. A AC service tech was sent out and able to fix the unit. This all took place in the late evening so two thumbs up for caring about your renters! The property exceeded our expectations, I would strongly recommend staying here.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön am Kanal gelegen und entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Wir waren begeistert und werden sicher wieder kommen. Ein großes Einkaufscenter ist auch nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt.

Ein tolles Haus

Wir waren im Oktober 2009 in diesem herrlichen Haus zu Gast. Wir waren von der Ausstattung, der Lage und vom ganzen Ambiente sehr begeistert. Die Einrichtung hebt sich von den sonst angebotenen Häusern etwas ab und hat uns nichts vermissen lassen. Alles passt zueinander und es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Gründstück ist sehr gepflegt, wie auch das ganze Haus. Von der Buchung bis zum verlassen des Hauses hat alles super hingehauen und die Betreuung war vorbildlich. Dieses Haus und auch das Team von seabrize ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

"Wir haben das. 3. Mal unseren Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus in Cape Coral verbracht und koennen erneut unsere hoechste Zufriedenheit bestaetigen. Objektauswahl, Vertragsabschluss und Aufenthalt waren von gutem Kontakt und Service gepraegt. Auch das stetige Angebot der Ansprech- und Erreichbarkeit bei Informationsbedarf oder Problemloesungen stellt einen beruhigenden Hintergrund fuer den Urlaubsaufenthalt dar. Wer hier nicht rundum zufrieden ist, der wird wohl nirgendwo zufrieden sein!!! Eine absolut erholte Familie !
