The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you'll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. For bbq lovers, our outdoor kitchen offers everything a true chef would look for plus the view. If you prefer to dine out, there are countless eateries to please any palate located just a few minutes away.

The villa's lanai offers a breathtaking view, ensuring plentiful sunshine for idyllic days of lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa. The boat location of this house is fantastic. It is a 30min beautiful boat route to the Matlacha Isles which offers quick access to Gasparilla Island, Cayo Costa and North Captiva Island. it is also one of the most beautiful boating routes here in the area.The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over to you by an expert boatman on arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site. All our boats have powerful engines GPS system with depth measurement and fish-finder function, cool box, cabin and Bluetooth radio. BOATING IN FLORIDA IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A LICENSE !!
