"West View Cabins" on Ostego Lake - Cabin #1 - Waterfront and on Trail 7

Welcome to "West View Cabins". We offer four (4) cabins tucked together on Otsego Lake, directly on Trail 7.

This listing is for Cabin #1 "The Cottage House" — It’s your roomy, comfortable basecamp for lake days, trail exploring, and everything northern Michigan throws your way. As the largest cabin on the property, it offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen with a center island. It sleeps 8: The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom a queen‑size bed. A second hallway bathroom, also with a tub/shower, keeps everyone comfortable. There's a queen sleeper sectional in the living room. and the open‑concept living room is made for relaxing.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and relax with essentials like air conditioning, individual grill, and picnic table. Just bring beach towels!

Resort community amenities include your own boat slip at the dock, trailer parking, two large firepits overlooking the lake with complimentary firewood, kayaks, bikes, lawn games, grassy commons area, shallow sandy bottom swimming area, floats and water games, and picnic tables.

*Note: Docks are available approximately Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, weather permitting.

**There are 25 wood steps with a handrail down to the waterfront.

***Always Improving: To ensure the highest quality stay for our guests, we are currently in the process of refreshing our interiors. While the layout and amenities remain as described, some furniture and decor items may differ from the listing photos due to these recent upgrades.

****Pets: One dog under 50# per cabin, with a $25/night pet fee. Please check the box when making the reservation that says, "Traveling with pets" and then message us with the color/description of your furry friend.

*****As required by Vrbo policy, this is a camera location disclosure. There are three (3) exterior cameras onsite to monitor parking areas (one on the garage and two on Cabin 4 exterior).
