A newly renovated 3-room apartment awaits you in the former school building of the Himmelmühle complex, featuring a living room with a dining area, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. <br><br>The former school building, where the vacation rental is located, stood vacant for many years. Now, together with two other new owners, we’d like to wake the building from its slumber. The wheels of bureaucracy are turning even slower than expected, so renovations to the building’s facade and stairwell, as well as a redesign of the outdoor area, are still pending. The last renovation took place in 2001.<br>As a result, we are unfortunately unable to offer outdoor seating at this time and are therefore renting the apartment at a reduced nightly rate. We appreciate your understanding. <br><br>Check-in Information: <br>We’ve made check-in simple and COVID-safe by using a key safe. You can check in flexibly starting at 3:00 PM. <br>You’ll receive detailed instructions via email one day before your arrival.<br><br><br>Wi-Fi: <br>The apartment is intentionally rented without an internet connection and therefore without Wi-Fi. This is certainly not common, but we’ve decided to do this because a vacation should also include a digital break. Your vacation rental is surrounded by nature, and there’s surely a reason why you chose our apartment over one in the city. However, depending on your mobile provider, cell phone reception and internet coverage for browsing are still good to very good. <br><br>Additional Services and Note on Pets:<br>The vacation rental is rented without towels; please keep this in mind when packing. <br><br>Pets such as dogs, cats, or small animals in cages are welcome here. Please notify us of these pets before your arrival so that we can inform the cleaning staff about the extended cleaning time required for the final cleaning. We charge a small additional cleaning fee of €12 for this.
