So excited to offer this great home located in the Heart of Cotter – The Trout Fishing Capital of the USA! We are minutes away from The White River. The Sands Café is across the street and you can book your fishing trip at The Natural State Fly Shop. Fire up the grill and enjoy outdoor dining, the sunset, your favorite movie or sports event on the outdoor tv. Bring your boat, we have plenty of parking spaces. Take a day trip to Branson, Silver Dollar City or golf at Big Creek Country Club.

We have ample parking in the rear of the property behind the Pergola for boats and larger vehicles.
