In a great location is this detached house with swimming pool.



Here we are talking about an incredibly spacious vacation home furnished with natural materials. Can you imagine residing in this cozy and stylish domicile and dining together with your family or investing your time in a vacation reading. The house is best suited for summer months, full air conditioning, tiled living area and pool outside.



At the top of the house you have a spacious roof terrace with outdoor jacuzzi where you can really relax. On the first floor is the pool and a playground with, among other things, a swing and slide in the annex for the younger guests.



Let the day end relaxed with a glass of wine and freshly grilled food.



Trogir is a wonderful characteristic town, which is very popular as a vacation destination, here you will find history through the picturesque streets and historic buildings, moreover, the old town was declared a World Heritage Site. Also make trips to the coveted beaches Medena and Patan, where you can also practice water sports and enjoy the view of the island of Ciovo. Stroll along the waterfront or visit konobas and delicacies in restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine. Last but not least, you are also only 31 minutes drive from the coastal city of Split.

Beautiful modern villa with a very stylish interior. Well equipped for our family of 6 adults. It is located in a quiet residential area and is within a short walk from a large supermarket. Trogir old town with its old cobbled streets is about a 15 minute walk which has plenty of bars and restaurants.

Trogir

Lovely villa with all modern equipment, only 3 years old and in top class condition. All en- suite bathrooms well equipped and lovely walk in showers in three of the bedrooms. Good location about 10 minutes into Trogir centre and 10 to 15 minutes walk to beach. The hoste met us on arrival and was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, we stayed with friends and very spacious.
