Situated quietly above Burriana Beach with beautiful views over the sea, the town and the mountains, 'Homely Apartment' is just a short walk from the beach. The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine as well as a TV.

The area around is very quiet, and guests can park in the street.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with 2 big and sunny open terraces with a sofa and a dining table, 4 sunbeds and a barbecue. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and a garden.

Fabulous View and Accommodations

We loved our stay at this great property in Nerja. It is huge and has two spectacular balconies with great views overlooking the town right down to Playa Burriana. Everything is in A+ condition and we appreciated the cold bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Of note, the hill is very steep, it comes with the awesome view! If you like steak, go to the Patagonia & Ole Restaurant just down the hill.Yum! We only had two nights here, but could easily stay a week!

Pros: Nerja was a very nice, neat, charming village on the coast of Spain with lots of Swedish and English tourists. Mainly for families which suited os fine. The beach at Burriana was really nice with quite a lot of waves which please the older kids. We liked the restaurant called the Cosmopolitan where we ate three nights. I would definitely go back to Nerja and recommend the apartment we rented!

Great X-mas holidays

We spent 11 days in this lovely well-equipped flat. Great view from terraces and very comfortable and cozy. We didn't miss anything. Weather was warm and sunny so we had breakfast on the roof terrace every morning. It is the ideal place to relax and also to explore lots of interesting places nearby. We would love to come back. EJ

Great apartment with spacious terraces and an amazing view

Pros: The apartment was very clean and came with all amenities needed - especially also some basic items for the kitchen. All rooms matched the description and were in great condition. The terraces offer amazing views and plenty of sunshine from mid-day all the way until sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers quick access to the main beach as well as some supermarkets. We can only recommend staying there if you can.

Beautiful Views and a Perfect Stay

Lovely apartment with sea and mountain views, including amazing sunsets. Super comfortable, has everything you’d want. Kitchen is well supplied and you can cook up a storm should you choose to. Maria, as well as the property managers Chris and Anne, are super responsive. Apartment is close to bus stop (#18). The beach and restaurants are down a fairly steep hill. So remember you’ll have to walk back up!

Casa Petra - September 2024

We are very familiar with Nerja and always stay in the area where Casa Petra is located. It's a spacious property and was very comfortable for the three of us. It's on a quiet development and the pool is 30 seconds from the front door. There are two spacious terraces (lower and upper) which both command good views down to Nerja and up into the hills, both furnished with all the creature comforts required. Contact with the owner and local management is very easy and any queries are responded to very quickly. We are very likely to return to this property next year.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet road

Pros: Everything was as stated in the description provided and the patio outside the lounge was comfortable with a lovely seating. Parking was easy to find outside and plenty of English tv channels to choose from if you wanted a night in. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The location was good and the walk unto Nerja Old Town was about 20 mins with Burriana Beach about 10 mins down the hill. The closest large supermarket was 15 mins walk up the hill. The small swimming pool was close and the second very large balcony upstairs was a sun trap with four comfortable sun beds and another little table. Cons: There were no complaints about our stay.

Pros: Communication with the owner was excellent right from the very start. She answered all questions quickly, gave us ample information before our journey to Nerja and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and her property to others. We were offered a 'Get you in Pack' and Taxi services, which could be organized with the owner, previous to travel. We opted for the Taxi service to and from the airport and it all worked out without a hitch. The Property was just as the photos showed. Very nicely decorated, clean, large terraced area and roof terrace. The swimming pool was lovely and within a small distance of the property. The complex is quite new, quiet, beautifully tiled and has nice planted areas. The service provided on site is second to non. We asked for additional towels and they were delivered by the property managers, Chris and Ann, the same day. The Burriana beach is within 5 mins walking distance of the property. The town of Nerja is 20 mins away by foot. The area is quiet and has wonderful views of the sea/town. The area is quite hilly and so you must be relatively fit and/or have a car to be able to shop. Getting to the beach is all downhill, it is getting back again that is the problem! Our holiday in Nerja was fantastic. You have the sea, hills and a lovely old town to explore. The weather in October was lovely and warm. All that coupled with a great apartment, what more could you wish for.
