Capistrano Playa 206 by Casasol

Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization. It has 2 bathrooms, En Suite bathrooms and a large private terrace with barabcoa and impressive views of Burriana beach, the sea and the lake.



Capistrano Playa is a picturesque urbanization with typical Andalusian style houses surrounding an ornamental lake with plants and fish. It is located on the top of a hill, so it enjoys wonderful views of the sea and Burriana beach from a privileged position. The apartment is a short walk from Burriana Beach, where you can get there by a path and stairs that go through the pretty gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the entire complex is closed to non-residents. Restaurants and other services are nearby and the center of Nerja is about 20 minutes away on foot, although there is a bus stop on the same street.



We can organize airport pick-up and you have the possibility of ordering a Welcome Pack if you arrive at a later time.



Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Perfect stay

The apartment is ideally situated, only a short walk to Burriana beach and the Balcon. The property has amazing views and ample outside space. The accommodation is well equipped and also very close to the communal swimming pool, which has a great snack bar. Excellent service from Casa Sol. Would not hesitate to recommend .

Great location appartement with very big terraces ans sea view. Walging distance to Burriana beach. The appartement itself is somewhat outdated and could use some renewal.

On arrival we were greeted by the letting company, shown around the villa and all details were clearly explained. The outside of the apartment was well equipped and the views of the breach were fantastic. Inside, the apartment was well equipped but the bathrooms were looking tired and in need of some attention. The size of both bedrooms was ok but lacked storage. There were lots of items stored in wardrobes. i.e. spare bed, vacuum cleaner etc. We had to removal all these items before we could hang any clothes in the wardrobes. The safe was not working. The walk to the beach is lovely but you need to be prepared for many step. We counted 220 steps from the apartment ! Access to the beach via the steps is for residents only, a key is provided to access the gate. On the way down you pass a lagoon and water falls. when you reach the beach there are bars, restaurants and shops with plenty of choice. The walk up from the beach is not for the unfit! There is a swimming pool by the entrance to the complex, access is via a key thob which is provided. There is a pool bar serving drinks and snacks. We were surprised to see a notice saying there is charge using the sunbeds. The nearest supermarket is on the beach, there is a larger supermarket some 20 minutes walk. We walked there but got a Taxi back. Overall we would definitely recommend the apartment as it is quiet with great views and well equipped.

Wonderful apartment and location!

Spacious apartment with a large terrace and amazing views over the complex and Burriana Beach. The beach is a short walk away through the picturesque gardens and you can walk onto Nerja town within 20 minutes. Casasol were excellent in all our communications with them. Communication from them was very good and they did everything they said they would do. Great company and a really nice apartment. We will be back!

Been booking Capistrano Playa for over 18 ish years and stayed in 8 different apartments during that time. This one beats them all. Spacious inside and out. Well equipped. Not overlooked. Booking, key collection and communication throughout was first class. Minor hiccup with the linen not being changed but just ran it all through the washing machine in the apartment and had it clean and dry within an hour or so.. Well done Casa Sol, and thank you again. Linen change, and not sure why key wasn't left in the key safe with the combination code given on arrival. That could have saved us a lot of waiting around when we arrived. We waited at the apartment, Casa Solihull rep was waiting at the road at the top. These are VERY minor points btw.

Fantastic

Very well equipped. Clean and tidy. Lovely terrace with a stunning ocean view and a nice grill. Close to the beach. Easy to park the car. Perfect service from Casa Sol.
