Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 3

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Don't waste your money, and women beware of ring camera pointed at the Hot Tub.

On the surface this house was so cute and fun, but after a few hours we noticed lots of details that were unpleasant. The first and biggest concern we had was that there was a camera looking right at the hot tub. I understand the hosts want to ensure a strict 9pm "quiet hours" which include not using the hot tub, however, it would have been nice to know we were being filmed. We most likely would not have picked this home if we knew we were being recorded in the hot tub in our bikinis. It felt very violating and strange. I have never been in a home with a camera right on the hot tub. Very very uncomfortable. Aside from the violation of privacy the amenities turned out to cause us more headache than relaxation. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, we had to call someone out to fix it. Not what you want to be dealing with on vacation. Kitchen - there was only 1 dish towel in the kitchen and the paper towels provided were useless and cheap. There was no grill utensil to clean the grill before/after use. Not even a grill spatula. There was a strange old milk smell all through out the kitchen. The fridge was not cold when we arrived, which was unfortunate because we had a cooler filled with food that was sitting in our car all day. It took almost all night for the fridge to get cold. Rooms - Beds were very uncomfortable and only 3 towels per room with no extra linens...not well thought out.
