The Space:

With a peaceful creek just beyond the back patio and a prime Incline Village location only a short walk from Lake Tahoe, this newly remodeled retreat offers the relaxed mountain getaway you’ve been dreaming of. Stroll to nearby restaurants, shops, and village activities, or head out to explore scenic trails, championship golf courses, and world-class skiing just minutes away.



After a day on the lake or the slopes, unwind in the spacious living area and catch a game on the TV or gather with friends on the furnished creekside patio. A cozy gas fireplace sets the perfect mood for evenings in, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare memorable meals. When it’s time to recharge, three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. The home is heated by baseboard heat and the fireplace, keeping things warm and inviting during cooler months.

Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities are not available to guests. Public beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; please check current access before your stay.



WiFi may be intermittent at times due to high demand in the area.

It was really spacious and it looked like the photos online. The entire place was warmer than the temperature outside so we felt very comfortable throughout the night. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an ideal place to be around so many eateries.

Beautiful home and great location!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! We traveled with four adults (two couples), which the layout was perfect for; each couple had their own bathroom and shower. We also loved that the home was on a creek. The beds were comfy and it had everything we needed!

Fantastic Retreat

My family had a fantastic time in this beautiful condo. The interior is so inviting. The unit was spotless and comfortable and really well appointed. This is a great location and we plan on booking again soon.

Spacious, quiet, and a great location!

The property was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The outside space was great, we had dinner outside every night as we listened to the small creek that runs in the backyard, super relaxing! The property is stocked with card games and all the supplies you need for a day at the lake. The property is in a good locations, close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake.

Amazing place-

Love the condo and the location. Room were spacious kitchen and living room was terrific. The patio are was even better with the added bonus of a creek in the back yard. Very relaxing with a large couch fire pit and bbq. I can’t wait to stay there again.Thank you!!Only two things that need attention. Could have used more propane and the porch and balcony was filled with pollen from the trees. No big deal.

All you need for your stay in Tahoe

The property was perfect, looks just like the pictures. Clean and welcoming. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only used the king bed and it was very comfortable. Parking a bit tight.

This condo was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and very nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The complex was a bit difficult to find the first time but was very convenient to every place we went.

Great Getaway Spot In a Great Location

Our stay was excellent and we only wish we could have stayed longer. The property was recently refurbished and very well done with modern features and look in a classic/rustic environment. The back patio with huge pines and the constant hum of a mountain stream was perfect for morning coffees and evening meals off the grill and just relaxing. In a great location near stores and supplies, restaurants and of course all that Lake Tahoe has to offer, winter AND summer. We give it as many stars as we can give, and would absolutely stay right here again another time.

Excellent except for a pine one that smashed our parked car window!

The unit was modern and beautiful in decor and with a wonderfully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware in excellent condition! The Vacasa management company was very courteous and quick to answer any questions or issues we had:)) My sister, cousin and I loved our stay!!
