Make sure you have the code to get in the house. We weren’t given it. House smelled funky. TV channels weren’t set up. Needed to go the store for sugar, olive oil and vinegar. Yard was big. Rooms were nice.

Tim, we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious yard and found the rooms to your liking. However, we’re truly sorry to learn about the issues you faced with the entry code and the TV setup, as well as the unexpected smell in the house. That’s not the standard we aim for, and we take your feedback seriously. We strive to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, and we regret that you had to make a trip to the store for essentials. Your insights help us improve, and we will address these concerns with our team. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to provide you with a more seamless experience in the future.
