It's less than 10 minutes walking to downtown or the beautiful beach, with views of the river from your own balcony or picture window. With 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms featuring a jetted bathtub, this phenomenal gated property with an elevator offers dedicated parking, a cozy living room with 2 twin beds for additional space. Enjoy amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, hair dryer, washing machine, and WiFi during your stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. (Please note that prices given are for up to 4 people. We add a one-time fee of $50 for each additional guest, up to 6 people total. We also welcome dogs up to 50 lbs for a one-time $50 fee.)

Quiet , clean and cozy accommodations, very comfortable for our family of four. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and small appliances we needed. Lots of games to keep us busy when the rain started. Great location, short walk to the beach and the quaint little town of Seaside. Highly recommend !!!!

This condo was perfect! Great location, beautifully decorated, loved the view of the river & birds from the covered deck. A little issue with entry into the condo- code & fobs not working but was immediately taken care of by owners.We would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. First time visiting Seaside and we couldn’t have asked more anything better. Everything was stocked well and we didn’t have to purchase anything other than food we wanted to cook. We would definitely recommend and book again!

Wonderful condo in a terrific location with a great balcony! I always start with the 3 Cs - clean, comfortable, and convenient. This condo was all three. It was also modern, well maintained, and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the washer and dryer.We liked the location - overlooking the Necanicum River, a short walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to shops/restaurants. It's also about 15 to 20 minute drive to both Astoria and Cannon Beach.Communicating with the host was easy and convenient. Even though we didn't have any issues, it was nice to know how to contact her if there were.

Beautiful home - very clean, fantastically decorated! Kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds. We definitely appreciated all the light switches being labeled. Neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Super quiet, clean, loved the decor and the complimentary bottle of wine was so sweet. My husband had never been to the Oregon Coast and the location was perfect for our morning walks to grab coffee and walk on the beach.

We are sorry it took us a few days to respond to this review since we needed to do our due diligence. We are glad you enjoyed the design and communication. We take the comfort and safety of our guests very seriously. Our cleaning crew did not notice any mold smell. Though we did not stop there. We made sure to travel there ourselves with a mold test kit, tested every room, and found nothing. We also checked the air filter and found nothing. We made sure there were two of us there to make sure there was a check and balance on who was smelling what. Our cleaner makes sure to use proper cleaners and disinfectant to make sure the place is clean and safe among other wonderful assets to strive for a 10 out of 10 rating, which is what we had until this one. That being said, we encourage that if anything is less than satisfactory that our guests please let us know immediately, and we will do all in our rational power to fix the situation. We prefer that they don't have to spend any time being uncomfortable and then let us know after their stay.

Beautiful house. Great communication. Easy check-in/check-out. Decent walk to the main street but it was a pleasant walk. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Highly recommend.
