Clean, well kept, everything worked great. A bit of road noise, which we expected since it's right by the highway. Walk to the beach was easy and peaceful, and neighbors were nice. Fragrance free dishwasher and laundry pods were a nice touch, I appreciated them extra since I have skin allergies. Kitchen gear is pretty minimal, would recommend bringing anything special you need, especially if you're cooking for more than two people. All told very much worth it.
