You won't have to go far to fill your day with island adventure, as three stunning golf courses, the beach, and tennis courts are all within two miles of the villa. For a convenient way to get around the island, take the seasonal shuttle to various sites or rent a bike and explore the many miles of bike paths throughout Hilton Head. Rent some kayaks and canoes ass well for a unique view of the lagoon waterways that flow inland.

Excellent vacation

Beautiful condo with plenty of room for the family. More beautiful then the pictures . Spent a lot of time on the oceanfront balcony watching the sunrise and sunsets. Perfect location to beach and pools. Covered Parking a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious unit with amazing views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton Place! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was spacious and had a great layout that worked well for our family. We loved sitting on the huge balcony and enjoying the gorgeous oceanfront views! The complex was quiet and clean with a great pool and easy beach access. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

Everything was so great about this rental, the location was perfect close to the walkway to the beach and beautiful views out of all windows/patios. The furniture was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glasses and cookware. Even containers to store leftovers, which was great. Pool and hot tub were heated and very clean, chairs were comfortable for tanning as well. This was our first time in Hilton Head, and I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Beautiful views

Loved the great views from every room! Had a nice relaxing stay. Only issue was the TVs/spotty wifi. Did have to make 3 attempts to let management know TVs were not working. But once we were put in touch with Lorna she made every effort to solve this issue. Loved watching the sunrises each morning while having my coffee in the sunroom or on the deck.

Read this before you rent this condo!

Everything about this condo was great - except for one problem that was so pervasive that we will never book here again. We’ve been coming to HH and Palmetto Dunes for over a decade and this was the only condo we’ve ever rented that we’ve felt strongly enough about to write a review. The mattress in the primary bedroom is so old that there are two large dips on each side so you are sleeping in a ditch trying not to fall off the bed. The mattress is so soft and worn, we barely slept and woke up with headaches and aching joints every morning. Truly awful. However, if this bed was replaced, everything else about this condo was lovely. The view and the deck are fantastic and it was clean and well stocked.

We've stayed in many villas on Hilton Head Island over the past 34 years ... all wonderful ... but this one is by far the best yet !!! From the grand balcony with perfect ocean view ... to spacious ... to updated ... to clean ... to ease of reservations and check-in to a beautiful property ... we could ask for no more ! And yes, we will be back !

I would give 5 stars except for a few minor inconveniences: -Wi-Fi is terrible -tv remotes were in the wrong rooms and couldn’t use two of the tv’s until we figured it out at the end of our stay -light switches were not switches, but push buttons and they were difficult to use -this is the only place we’ve stayed (and we come every year) that did not have beach towels, sand toys or chairs to use -consider upgrading mattresses

Amazing views!

This villa is the perfect location with the perfect views. The sunrise in the morning was simply wonderful. The property and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The interior is spacious. The bedrooms are large and all have remodeled modern bathrooms which we loved. There were five of us and everyone loved it. My in-laws want to stay at this same location next time we come back to HHI (that says a lot!)

We loved the corner location of this condo, amazing views everywhere you look with all of the windows. Bathrooms were nicely updated, nice open floor plan. Mattress in master was not very comfortable and sliding door handle was missing on outside as stated in previous reviews. No beach towels supplied where as most rentals do have. Pool area was nice and beach was quiet during our post Labor Day week stay. Checkin was easy and would have been better if it included some basic info like arrows showing to enter buildings as garage entrance is tucked away a little.

A Place To Make Memories

We spent five lovely nights there with family. Not your typical condo. More like a sprawling ranch home. There was everything you needed in the kitchen and more. Unbelievable.!! Views are incredible… from every room. Pool is wonderful and the beach is just steps away. Gorgeous. Will be happy to return again.

Lovely Stay

We were so happy with our stay. This space met all of our needs and was incredibly convenient to the pool and the beach. We didn’t want to leave! When I contacted Vacasa to help us secure a wheelchair for an aging adult, they were very accommodating and helpful. While a few appliances had wear and tear, it was nothing that prevented us from being able to cook several meals onsite. The views from each room were spectacular, and the small sitting room was an area we each spent much of our time in each day of our stay. I was very happy with upkeep of the grounds, especially the corridors and the pool area. My only suggestion would be to add suggestions in the welcome book for local attractions and places to eat on the island for those not familiar with the area. Thank you so much for such a fantastic place for our family to enjoy together.

We will come back every year!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property and it was even better this year! There was fresh paint, new furniture, and it was spotless. The location could not be better for beach access and on a super windy day the pool was well protected from the wind. Check in was easy. Communication was seamless. We will rent again as soon as we can!
