Serge helped us out big time as we had a last minute cancellation on another property and he was able to accommodate us on less than 36hr notice. Property was fantastic especially the backyard. Large pool deck, new gas grill, hot tub, great pool, cabana and new dock. Lots of places to hang out. My son was able to catch barracuda, snook, moonfish, and catfish right from the dock. Easy access to various sites between Boca and Ft Lauderdale. Lots of stores and restaurants close-by. Furnishings are also all brand new. Highly recommended.
