Holiday home only 100m from the sea, close to Pantazi sandy beach, Peloponnese

On the western coast of the Mani, close to the beautiful sandy bay of Pantazi and on the outskirts of charming Aghios Nikolaos, lies the detached stone house SPITI ELEONAS. The holiday home owes its name to the olive grove on which it stands (ELEONAS - olive grove). Old, gnarled olive trees, Mediterranean plants and some new plants surround the beautifully built stone house. Features of Mani architecture are reflected in the SPITI ELEONAS. Warm stone walls inside, high rooms and the open roof with beautiful wooden construction give the holiday home a pleasant spaciousness and comfort. From the beautiful, covered terrace with BBQ and cosy seating area, you can see the blue sea shimmering through the olive trees.

The comfortable holiday home SPITI ELEONAS is at ground level. The combination of stone and wood inside the holiday home creates a homely, cosy atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room with fireplace is the open kitchen area with direct access to the covered terrace with BBQ area. From the living/kitchen area, the hallway leads to the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms. At one end of the hallway is the master bedroom with direct access to the front entrance terrace and beautiful sea views. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom. At the other end of the hallway is a second bedroom with beautiful views of the olive grove. Between the two bedrooms is the third, smaller bedroom, suitable as a children's room, as well as the second bathroom. Mosquito nets hang over the beds.

The well-maintained, enclosed natural plot offers its guests many possibilities for retreat. Sun loungers and hammocks spread over the peaceful olive grove plot offer ideal conditions for lounging, dreaming and relaxing. To the side of the holiday home, an external staircase leads to the roof terrace with a 360° unobstructed view of the grandiose surrounding landscape, the foothills of the Taygetos and the sea.

Here you can end the day with a glass of wine and in the evening enjoy the fresh sea breeze with the sound of the waves, the unique sunsets and the starry sky.

The sea is on your doorstep. You have direct sea access after approx. 100m with bathing shoes over the pumice stone coast. You can reach the beautiful Pantazi beach after approx. 400m, easily and comfortably via a pedestrian path running along the sea. The shallowly sloping Pantazi Bay with fine sand on the beach and in the water, shady trees, a taverna and partly managed sunbathing area offers unforgettable bathing fun for the whole family.

2 bicycles are at the guests' disposal. Aghios Nikolaos with its pretty harbour, numerous tavernas and cafés is about 700m away. The neighbouring village of Stoupa is more lively, about 4 km away.
