Experience historic downtown Cartersville from this beautifully renovated loft located right on the square. Set in a building dating back to the 1800s, the loft blends original brick, historic character, and modern comfort in a walkable downtown setting. The open layout is thoughtfully designed for both short stays and longer visits, with a comfortable bedroom, relaxed living area, office nook, kitchen equipped for everyday needs, updated bathroom, and laundry area. Guests will enjoy being steps from local dining, shopping, and downtown events, with a bakery downstairs and a nail salon and beauty center across the hall.
Additional Notes: Stair access is required and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Because of the loft’s central downtown location near the historic train depot and railroad tracks, some street, event, or train noise may be heard at times. The area is now a designated quiet zone, eliminating routine train horn noise. A sound machine and earplugs are provided for added comfort. Please feel free to reach out about last-minute availability or special booking options.

Tiffany was such an accommodating host!Her place was incredibly cozy, unique, and a fun place to stay. We absolutely loved the downtown walkability. The property was very clean, and Tiffany provided clear instructions and maintained excellent communication throughout. We loved this VRBO- I’m not sure what the original building was, but this repurposed place is darling and decorated with so many little touches. We brought our dog with us and we had plenty of space. While we were only there for one short night, we would definitely recommend this place! The host was so thoughtful and was always ready to answer any questions we had!

Very Clean, Amazing communication with Host, The Location can't be beat - literally two minute walk to the Booth. The only drawback is the noise at night with the trains coming every few hours and the noise in the park which i used the white noise machine for, so that helped. However, I didn't really feel that my car was that safe out there, the downtown apparently turns into the Lost Boys movie after dark, although I felt very safe inside as well as walking around downtown. The Restaurants downtown are out of this world. Try Table 20. I have rarely tasted anything like it in my life! The kitchen in this unit is completely stocked and the bathroom and the rest of the unit provide every amenity! Overall a wonder host and a wonderful unit!

As new owners, we are continuing to learn where small improvements can make a difference, and guest feedback is very helpful. I also appreciate you sharing your perspective regarding parking and noise. We are already adding extra noise reduction window coverings to help make future stays more comfortable. I also wanted to clarify that the photo shown is of the public train depot area across the parking lot, not the loft itself. Thanks again for staying with us.

This is a very cute loft in a fun area of town with lots to do. The host was very responsive and helped me get in when I couldn’t get signal and was helpful through the stay. I would definitely recommend it!!
