The Space:

Clearwater in July hits different - sun-soaked days stretch long, the pool calls from the moment you wake up, and the whole backyard becomes your personal playground. This bold, art-filled 4-bedroom home in a quiet residential neighborhood is built for groups who want more than a place to sleep - it's a destination in itself, wrapped in hand-painted murals, vibrant themed rooms, and more ways to have fun than you'll be able to fit into a trip.



Living spaces

The heart of the home opens into generous, easy-to-gather living areas where the energy is playful and the vibe is unmistakably one-of-a-kind. Every corner reflects a creative personality - from the painted walls to the eclectic décor that makes this house feel like a place rather than a rental. A dedicated workspace is tucked in for anyone who needs to check in with the real world, and ceiling fans keep things breezy when the Florida heat rolls in.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep 16+ guests across 8 beds, each room with its own character and charm. Every space is made up with fresh bed linens, and the layout works beautifully for multigenerational groups, friend crews, or anyone who appreciates a room with personality. Clothing storage and hangers are provided throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked and ready - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker to get the day started. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, a hot water kettle, and baking sheets are all on hand, and the BBQ grill with utensils means dinner outside is always an option. Pull up to the dining table for a proper sit-down, or grab coffee and head straight to the backyard.



Bathrooms

Three bathrooms keep the morning rush manageable. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - no hunting through bags for the basics.



Outdoor & recreation

This is where the home earns its reputation. Step outside to a private pool, a fire pit for after-dark hangs, a patio with outdoor furniture, and a proper backyard with room to move. The BBQ grill is ready for cookouts, and there's free parking on the premises. A pool table rounds out the fun indoors, and the game room adds another layer for groups who never want to run out of things to do.



Location

Tucked in a peaceful residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks great for morning runs or evening walks, the home sits just 7 km from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and within easy reach of John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk (19 km), the Chihuly Collection (24 km), Tropicana Field (25 km), and St. Pete Pier (25 km). Gulf beaches are only minutes away. The neighborhood observes quiet hours between 10pm and 9am - come here to recharge, and you'll leave feeling like you actually did.



Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors.



It offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. The property is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field is 25 km from the accommodation, while St. Pete Pier is 25 km away. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, 7 km from the property.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate
