We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was great, house was excellent and we had a quick 10-15 min drive to watch the sunset every night. We will be back!

The property was exactly like advertised and even better upon arrival. Had the most enjoyable time of peace and relaxation. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Everything went Smoothly and any questions or concerns Leyva responded promptly and made our stay trouble free. Certainly would consider staying at location again in the future.

So property was great other than the pool kept on getting alot of dirt in it.. they did send pool maintance over .. however it kept us for enjoying a full day in the pool because of the condition.. other than that , it was a nice property that we enjoyed and we would stay again .. the pool just needs more attention from time to time

Thank you, Preston! We're delighted you enjoyed the home and would stay again. About the pool: your stay coincided with unusually heavy rains, which throw off the water's pH — our pool team came out and treated it right away, and with a strong treatment we recommend waiting a few hours before swimming, which cost that pool day. We appreciate your understanding and would love to host you again for the full Clearwater beach experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Clearwater! Traveling with a family of eight is no small task, but this home gave us more than enough space to spread out, relax, and truly feel comfortable. A few highlights from our trip: Amazing Outdoor Amenities: The pool and hot tub were huge hits with everyone! Having the grill right there made relaxing by the water and cooking family meals easy. Modern Upgrades: The kitchen and home were equipped with modern, updated appliances, and the sound system added such a great touch to our downtime. Thoughtful Extras: We were especially grateful for the generous supply of towels—it's rare to find a place that actually provides more than enough for a large group without needing constant laundry runs! The home was spotlessly clean, wonderfully appointed, and central to everything Clearwater has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better host or vacation setup. We would love to stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was very nice and accommodating I wish I would have been told when I booked that the pool being heated and access to the hot tub being heated was a extra cost cause was not listed in the listing but other than that the stay was good

Thank you so much for your kind review, Jennifer. We’re truly happy to hear that you enjoyed the home and had a great stay overall. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pool and spa heating. We’re sorry if that information was not easy to find during the booking process. Pool and spa heating is an optional service that is available for an additional fee when requested in advance. During the summer months, however, the heating system is temporarily unavailable while we complete scheduled maintenance and upgrades to ensure it is in excellent condition for the fall and winter seasons, when it is most frequently requested. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience and identify opportunities to make important information even clearer. Thank you again for choosing our home. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another wonderful stay in the future. Warm regards, Leyva Luxury Vacation Team 🌴
