We had a great stay and enjoyed exploring the Hamptons from here. Owners were wonderful to work with and thoughtful. Very spacious and well appointed basement with separate entrance, good lighting and great pool. Would stay here again.

This was a great find. We travelled during the offseason so many places were closed. Luckily Tracey had a great knowledge of the area and directed us to places that were open and gave us plenty of ideas for off-season activities. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on!The beaches were not busy and the weather was great for my niece to play in the sand but the water was way too cold to swim. Fortunately for us, the pool here at the property was heated! It felt great and the little one had a blast swimming in the pool! The rental unit was very spacious! We never felt cramped at all. All the little touches that Kevin and Tracey had there were wonderful. They had welcome snacks and drinks ready for us. They also had beach chairs, umbrella and beach mats ready. One night we even bought groceries and used the grill by the pool and had a great time.The location was great. Easy access to many of the towns near by so we spent the mornings and early after noons visiting the towns and beaches then spent the late after noon and early evening swimming in the heated pool... so relaxing!Our group was 3 adults and a 4 year old...plenty of room...the pullout bed in the living room was great. Also big thanks to Tracey, I mentioned to her that it was my nieces birthday and she put up some birthday decorations for her! So thoughtful! She loved it and was so surprised!Thank you Tracey and Kevin! We will definitely stay again...maybe next time during the summer season or winter!

This was my wife and my first visit to the Hamptons, therefore we chose this Tiana Bay location to be central to exploring West or East. I must admit to being concerned that the rental unit was a private section of a larger home. Since the home was unoccupied during our stay, we decided to give it a go.The unit was as advertised; new, spacious, clean, and private. The owner provides nice touches of decor to help feel at home. We also chose some beaches and dining based on their recommendations and we were not disappointed. Although we remained busy and away most of our time there, having the space and sitting area with large TV to stream our favorite shows to wind down our day was also quite nice. The back yard with pool was also a beautifully comfortable place to hang out as we planned our days.Two things that stood out were the overall lighting system and bathroom. The LED light zones were perfectly spaced and controllable with dimmers so you could get the lighting perfect. The shower in the bathroom had the perfect pressure and temperature to cause you to delay your exit. And the backlit/heated mirror was a noticed nice touch.I would recommend this space and location to anyone looking to explore the Hamptons. Knowing what we know now, we would even stay there with the owners at home, it was that nice. It was just what we were looking for and we hope to be back soon! Thank you again to Kevin & Tracey for sharing your home with us. It was a delight! Paul & Michele

Perfectly cozy yet plenty of space, easy beach access nearby and plenty of dining options. Every amenity and comfort you could need. All aspects get 5-stars from cleanliness, communication, expectations, awesome pool and excellent location!
