This cute two bedroom home, with one bedroom set up as an open loft, has that classic Tahoe charm with a few nice modern updates to keep things comfortable. The large deck is a great spot to relax and take in filtered views of Lake Tahoe, whether you are having your morning coffee or winding down after a day out. It is also pet friendly, so your four legged family members are welcome to join in on the getaway.

You are just a short drive to Kings Beach, Incline Village, and Northstar, so no matter the season there is always something to do nearby, from swimming and enjoying the lake in the summer to skiing in the winter. It is a great spot for families looking for an easy, relaxing getaway with everything close by.

-This property has (1) camera facing the walkway up to the front of the home.
- This property is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet. Max 2 pets. Fines may occur if unauthorized pets are found to be at the property.
- You will be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
