Whether you are enjoying coffee on the private patio or unwinding by the firepit, you’ll feel worlds away while being only 5 minutes from the Rainier Beach Light Rail station.

The space
Views: Stunning Lake Washington & Cascade Mountain Views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, including blender, kettle, toaster, spices, and cookware.

Living Area: Comfortable living room with electric fireplace, a smart tv, ample seating, and a large picture window with a view of Lake Washington.

Outdoor: Private entrance and patio. Shared firepit and yard area.

Laundry: In-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen size bed and there are 2 twin rollaway beds.

You will have access to the entire guest suite. A door connecting to the rest of the residence will remain locked for your privacy. We offer self-check-in via electronic locks with a unique code; you may check in any time after 4:00 PM.

Other things to note
Transit: 5-minute drive (1.5 miles) to Rainier Beach Light Rail Station—fast access to SeaTac Airport (2 stops) and Downtown Seattle (Pike Place, Capitol Hill, Stadiums). There is also a bus stop 0.4 miles away that also goes into the city center.

Walkable: Short walk to scenic parks and hiking trails.

Hotspots: 5 mins to historic Columbia City; 10 mins to trendy Georgetown.

No pets allowed.

Our private residence is above the guest suite. This means that there will occasionally be the noise of walking.
