Here you can make yourself comfortable, watch films on the flat screen and enjoy the warmth and cosy atmosphere of the stove in winter. In the large, open and very well-equipped kitchen, it is a feast to prepare delicious meals together. One of the four bedrooms is equipped with a TV. The house also has a large loft with two beds and two bathrooms. In the utility room you will find a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has an energy-friendly heat pump system and charging facilities for electric cars.



The house is situated on a large natural plot with a playhouse, swings and a football goal. The children can have fun here while you relax on the 89 m2 partially covered terrace with various outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, or enjoy your meals al fresco. The terrace runs around a large part of the house, so you will find a suitable spot at any time of day. An absolute highlight is the outdoor spa, where you can relax and enjoy the balmy summer evenings under the stars. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after coming home from a trip to the beach.



You only have to walk a few steps before you can jump into the blue water. You live close to Snogebæk, which has good restaurants, kiosks and various shops. If you head south along the coast, you will come to Dueodde, where you can experience perhaps the island's most popular beach and lighthouse. If you head north, you will soon reach the charming town of Nexø.
