Guest access
Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the front entrance no need to worry about keys! The backyard is fully gated for added privacy and peace of mind. You`ll have exclusive access to the entire home and yard, making check-in easy and your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note

Pool heat is $50 per night. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up.

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

While this property does get monthly pest control done, being in Arizona you might see a bug or two outdoors.
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.
Pets are permitted with advance approval. Pet fee is $50 per pet.
Please be considerate of our neighbors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house. Family gatherings are allowed.
Pets allowed with advance permission, additional fees may apply. Pick up after your pets.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.
Pool heat is not heated.
Do not remove pool fence without permission, $150 charge to take down.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Parking in the street.
BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.
DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.
Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests.
A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
