No rocks or small objects are allowed in the pool (can damage the cleaner).

Please do not adjust pool settings or touch the pool cleaner — it remains in the pool at all times.

Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.

Pets

Pets are welcome with a non‑refundable deposit of $120.

Guests must pick up pet waste during their stay.

Weekend get away

The home was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. The listing was accurate with comfortable beds and a wonderful pool. Owner was helpful and very responsive. I had to change our reservation and she was very accommodating. We will be back! Stu and Amy.

We spent 50 nights here and it was perfect. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. You are within a 5 mile radius to everything you need. We would definitely book this home again.

Beautiful home away from home

My friends and I stayed at this home for Decadence. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed during the day laying outside by the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to text the host and get a response as well as the check in and check out instructions were easy to follow.

Great location and time spent for NASCAR Championship

My son, 11 yrs old, and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was a great location only a quick 20 minutes to the speedway. It was roomy, comfortable, and clean. It was nice having the garage available. Although we didn’t have time to be in pool, we totally would’ve taken a swim. And this was the easiest check out process I’ve had for a VRBO.

Garden Lakes Paradise

The house was a just the right size and furnished beautifully. Relaxing backyard with pool. Home is very comfortable. Well-furnished kitchen where you can cook and still be part of the rest of the family. Loved the washer dryer and the garage being able to park inside. The neighborhood is by everything: shopping, restaurants and freeways. A jewel that made my stay perfect. Thank you.

Spring Training

Cute house close to the Ball Park. House was well equipped, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Although it was cool weather the pool was heated and patio area was very nice. The use of the garage was a bonus. The only down side, there were no dressers or hangers in the two smaller bedrooms and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Spring Training Weekend

House was 10 min from Camelback Ranch. Made it convenient to drive to the games. Home close to Westgate and shopping areas. Home clean and modern. We were 6 adults and it was a good size for us. Look forward to reserving this property again.

This a very nice place. Roomy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were just like we are used to. We were there 8 days and nights and would have liked to stay longer. The pool is very nice and kept between 82-85 degrees. Easy access off of I-10 and very accessible to restaurants and other entertainment spots. Monica was very helpful if I had any questions. Would highly recommend this home, except when I want to rent it again. Lol

Five star last minute booking

I had to make a trip to AZ to help my sister and ended needing a place stay. Owner was great with communication and the place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The only downside is the neighborhood is full of stray cats so there is a cat urine smell outside. My dog kept them away for two weeks.

A Pleasant Experience

Break from The Snow

Highly recommend this property

This is the second time we've stayed here. It has everything we need: open floor plan for visiting, comfy beds, a nice pool and outdoor area, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with various cookware, dishes, coffee maker and Keurig. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. We'll likely choose this property whenever we're in Phoenix.

This home is centrally located close to the freeways and minutes from Westgate Entertaining District and the Football stadium. If you like to gamble, there is a casino less than ten minutes away! The home is only 30 minutes from Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain for hiking. The pool in new and heated throughout the year. This home is perfect for families or couples as it has all the accommodations you will need for a wonderful stay.
