Sauber und gute Ausstattung

Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit allem, was man braucht, auch zum kochen ist einiges vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. Für unseren Zweck (Konzertbesuch) waren die Öffis dann für den Rückweg nicht mehr ausreichend, mit Auto wäre es unkomplizierter gewesen. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir sie gebraucht haben.

Alles super mit kleineren Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Groben war es auch sehr sauber. Allerdings wenn man genauer geschaut hat, dann hat man gesehen, dass nicht alles super sauber war (z.B. In der Kaffeemaschine war ein total verschimmelter alter Kaffeefilter und auch ein Handtuch hatte einen Fleck). Wir haben das direkt dem Vermieter gemeldet und es wurde prompt rückgemeldet, dass man für den Hinweis dankbar ist und das an die Putzfirma weitergibt. Ich bin mir sicher, dass hier ganz schnell Abhilfe geschaffen wird. Die Lage an sich war ruhig, aber etwas abseits vom ÖPNV, d.h. ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Wir empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter und würden auch immer wieder kommen.

Jahreswechsel 2022/2023

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn und in den nahegelegenen Ruhrpark mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider lassen die Parkmöglichkeit zu wünschen übrig. Direkt am Haus leider nicht möglich. Haben aber in der Straße immer etwas gefunden.
