Thanks to its location on the third floor, you’ll enjoy a sweeping view of a large part of the island of Borkum from the apartment! The vacation apartment features a spacious living room with a dining area and a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Two fold-out wall beds (90 x 200 cm) in the living room ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

For your leisure time, you’ll find a modern TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a CD player. Of course, you’ll have free Wi-Fi in this vacation rental at no additional cost.

Do you dream of breathing in the fresh North Sea air during your vacation on Borkum? Of letting the sun shine on your face? Or of winding down your day in the evening with a good glass of wine? You can enjoy wonderful moments on the furnished balcony with a partial ocean view. That’s the true vacation feeling!

To make self-catering convenient, the vacation rental on Borkum features a well-equipped kitchen—including a two-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, are also provided.

Easy-to-maintain and allergy-friendly laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Notes: A hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner are provided as standard. Washing machines and dryers are available for shared use in the building, as are a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board. Please note: A crib and a high chair are not provided, but can be booked as needed. There is a separate parking space for bicycles. An elevator is available in the building. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Our comfortable and individually furnished vacation apartments—some with ocean views—are located right on the beach promenade in a prime location. Here, all you need to do is pack your swimwear and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town center, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cozy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, you’ll find several small boutiques on the first floor.
