The Space
As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept living space with soaring ceilings and expansive windows that flood the home with natural light—true to the spirit of Casa Vida Sol—while showcasing the surrounding foothills.
The main living area seamlessly blends comfort and function, featuring a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, glass-top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials you need. The dining table seats six, with two additional seats at the kitchen island—perfect for shared meals and conversation.
The living room invites you to unwind with a large Roku TV, cozy electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating.
Step through the sliding glass doors onto the wrap-around porch, where indoor-outdoor living truly shines. Enjoy the BBQ, gather around the fire pit, dine al fresco, or simply take in the peaceful views overlooking the pool and surrounding landscape.

Bedrooms & Layout
Main Level:
A private bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also features direct access to the wrap-around porch—perfect for a quiet morning coffee. A half bath is also located on this level.

Upper Level (Primary Suite):
The entire top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, offering privacy and a luxurious feel. It includes a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double vanity, double-headed shower, and a relaxing circular soaking tub.
At the top of the stairs, you'll also find a ping pong table and a dedicated space with yoga mats for stretching or a peaceful workout.
