Hot Tub- 7 Bedrooms-Idaho Themed

Welcome to our spacious and luxurious 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom retreat in the heart Idaho! Our Idaho themed home offers the perfect blend of serenity and comfort for your ultimate getaway. With a hot tub, game room, massage chair, and enough space for the family to spread out, you will not want to leave!

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

The whole house (minus one closet) is yours!

Main Level: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table and barstools. There are even two additional seats behind the couch.

Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the sectional, or enjoy a cozy fire using the gas fire place.

There are two bedrooms on the main level. One is the LARGE master bedroom (City of Trees themed) that includes a king sized bed, walk-in closet, two sinks, tub and stand up shower. The master bedroom also includes a door that leads to the back patio where the 6 person hot tub, gas grill and charcoal grill are located. The second bedroom (Travelers themed) downstairs has a twin day bed with a twin trundle. This bedroom has a desk and comfortable chair for any work space needs.

The main floor also includes a bathroom with stand up shower, laundry room with two stackable washer and dryers, and a large garage filled with a massage chair, television, shuffle board, basketball game, chalkboard wall, jenga, additional fridge, connect four, multi-game table and board games for the whole family. The garage also has heat and air conditioning. There is no parking in the garage.

Upstairs: There are 5 bedrooms that are all themed different Idaho themes. The Mountain Bluebird room has a king bed, the Appaloosa room, Cutthroat Trout room, Gem State room, and the Lewis and Clark room all have queen sized beds. There are a total of three bathrooms upstairs. One has a shower/tub combo and the other two have stand up showers.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, and much much more!

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door. These devices do record.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.

If the hot tub is not up to standard, let us know and we will gladly send our team over to check the chemicals and levels for your stay. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
