Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, the home features two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, blending historic character with inviting, livable spaces.



The dining room is the true centerpiece of the home—warm, welcoming, and ideal for lingering meals, morning coffee, or planning the day’s adventures. Just beyond, the parlor provides a cozy spot to unwind, complete with a TV and a fold-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space for two more people. Thoughtful details throughout reflect the home’s vintage charm while keeping things comfortable and relaxed.



Step outside to a beautifully landscaped backyard designed for rest and connection. With plenty of seating and a serene atmosphere, it’s a perfect place to enjoy a quiet evening, read a book in the hammock, or share a meal on the deck under the open sky. You'll enjoy the whole house to yourself with no shared indoor spaces. It is on an oversized property lot and there is a small trailer parked in the back that the owner's sister sometimes stays in when she's in town, which is extremely rare. You won't have to share any common space with her if she's there. There is a large driveway for parking, along with free street parking on a street that sees very little traffic. Dogs are welcome, but require a pet fee. NO CATS ALLOWED.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house and yard with a driveway and plenty of parking. The home has a full-sized washer & dryer.



The Neighborhood:

This home is on the far east side of the beautiful Fairpark district of Salt Lake City. It's blocks from the Central City District and there are plenty of public transit options in the neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The home is 3.5 blocks away from the trolley line, which leads east to the downtown district or west to the airport. There are several bus stops within a block as well.
