Please place all used towels in the bathroom or laundry area before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise low, no loud music or parties, and respect neighbors at all times during these hours only.
No smoking inside, including cigarettes, vaping, or e-cigarettes. A $500 fee applies if smoking is detected indoors.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
