To maintain our high standards, all guests are obligated to adhere to the following:
VERIFICATION AND ACCESS
IDENTIFICATION: Government-issued photo ID is required to activate your 5-digit entry code.
SELF-CHECK-IN: Front door code provided the morning of arrival. Individual bedroom door codes provide additional security for your team.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Early check-in is $10/hour (when available). To maintain professional cleaning standards, late check-outs are not permitted ($50 fee per 30 mins).
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY: No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside ($500 violation fee).
SURVEILLANCE: Exterior security cameras are active 24/7. Tampering with equipment results in immediate removal without refund.
ZERO-TOLERANCE: No parties, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors ($100 fine per person).
LOGISTICS AND MAINTENANCE
SUPPLIES: We provide a "Starter Kit" of toiletries and one towel/washcloth per guest. Stays of 2+ days should bring additional supplies and laundry detergent.
CLIMATE: Energy-efficient thermostat parameters are set between 72°F and 74°F.
PROPERTY BOUNDARIES: No access to rear structures if present. No de-icing/shoveling provided in winter.
MAIL: Guests may not use the property address for personal mail or as a permanent residence.
PET POLICY (MAXIMUM 2 PETS)
Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture or in showers. Use of house towels for pets is prohibited. Waste must be picked up and discarded properly. The Accidental Damage Insurance does NOT cover pet damage.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS
Third-party bookings require an additional $500 refundable deposit. Valid IDs for the booker and at least one staying guest must be submitted.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION: Every stay includes $500 of Accidental Damage Insurance. Please report any issues immediately for coverage at no expense to you.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250 refundable security deposit is requested after booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund within 48 hours of booking (if 14+ days from check-in). 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds within 7 days.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Booking constitutes a defense, indemnify, and hold harmless release for MPower Group, ownership, and agents from all claims and judgments.
