Kitchen has been stocked with basic supplies to make your stay easier. Linens, house towels, beach badges, and beach chairs are also supplied. Cottage is one of a five units around a common courtyard located only one block from the beach. All are privately owned.
Off street parking, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and laundry are also included.

Kitchen supplies are on a pay-it-foward system. Go ahead and leave anything good that you don't want for the next guest. Please wash your dishes. My housekeeper doesn't wash dishes. Thanks!
Put all used towels on the bathroom floor. Leave bed unmade. Strip the sofa bed if you have used it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep windows shut. This prevents dust, mold, and rain from entering.
Empty vacuum if you use it. Be careful because the bottom plate falls out. Just pop it back on.
Wash your dishes and put them away prior to checking out.
