Seestern Vacation Apartment in Schluchsee

The storey of the Seestern holiday rental began in July 2017. After purchasing the apartment, we completely renovated it from scratch with a lot of love—transforming it from a rustic oak-paneled apartment from the 1970s into a bright, welcoming, modern, and stylish space. You’ll be delighted!

Dogs are always welcome! We’ve even put together a special dog welcome kit with food bowls, a dog blanket, treats, and more.

The Hallway:

In the hallway, complete with a coat rack and closet, you can settle in comfortably right away.

The Living Room / Dining Room:

It’s an open, bright space with a large panoramic window and a magnificent view of the natural beauty of the High Black Forest. Here, we’ve placed great emphasis on beautiful materials, furniture, and accessories.

A solid wood dining table with six beautiful brown chairs is the ideal spot for breakfast, meals, cosy get-togethers, or games.

The large sofa invites you to linger, read, and relax. It can also be converted into an additional sleeping area for 2 people (180x200).

On the wall hangs a large 55" UHD flat-screen TV with many satellite channels and smart connectivity.

A large, authentic beach chair with footrests, a place to set drinks, and a reading lamp is ready for you to chill out and read.

We’ve designed the room beautifully with lots of attention to detail.

The kitchen:

The open kitchen is a wonderful place to cook. It’s equipped with a modern coffee machine (fully automatic bean-to-cup with milk frother), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, mixer, grill, and much more.

The bedroom:

The highlight of the bedroom is the cosy, large (180x200) box spring bed.

Sleep like you’re in a luxury hotel: Sleep like royalty on a Casablanca box-spring bed from Crown-Betten, featuring a very high-quality Crown Edition mattress with a total height of 62 cm in a continuous design, a seat height that makes it easy to get out of bed, a very good, healthy, dry sleeping environment, good point elasticity and pressure relief thanks to over 2,100 pocket springs, and an extravagant headboard with a quilted pattern.

Originally licensed for Crown Beds and Schlichter Möbel, this bed is also found in Waldorf Astoria hotels.

A spacious wardrobe rounds out the modern bedroom.

An additional sleeping area for two people is provided by a large fold-down bed (160x200), located in the spacious hallway; it can be separated by a roller blind so you can have some peace and quiet.

The third sleeping area for two people is the large sofa bed (180x200) in the living room.

The bathroom:

In the beautiful bathroom, featuring underfloor heating, a bathtub, a shower, and a hair dryer, you’ll have your own personal spa area.
